Computing for Consciousness

I always ask one question to my self, even if we have all the technological advances about flying cars, efficient batteries, AI at a great level of intellect ( I’m a computer freak, I believe in technology, yet I’m so sure that machine won’t attend a conscious intelligence, it is much above the principle of learning what we perceive.), access to multi-planets, controlling aging to light threatening illness, memory, and feelings based human-computer interaction. All of it. But still, will it help us to become happy human beings? or maybe find the sole purpose of our existence?
There is a problem with humans, we see everything in our frame of logic. But it is for sure that we will not be able to understand the cosmos inside us or the cosmos outside us with this limited frame. Certainly, we can not compare computers yet with human brains. Considering even the most sophisticated AI or if IRON-MAN level tech comes true, I still believe even quantum computers with AI are just intelligent calculators. 'logic' is just limiting us with a single dimension or frame of reference. Hence we just see from one form or side of matter or existence. There is no such thing that can be just interpreted in one single way. what if we were not able to discover harnessing atomics or crossing Earth's gravity with rockets? our progress is surely made by these discoveries but without those, we won't be a progressing , that's not true. we could have surely discovered some other ways, maybe better!
Point is, We can not go much further with the logic of our bits to make computer-conscious machines. And to understand the cosmos or make tech of our dreams, we need to innovate more aggressively on the hardware front, in the diagonally opposite direction in the roots of computers to build the system capable of holding consciousness. We always saw a trait that we as humans build on what we have and gradually progress. But this attitude is not good for changing times of our nature. All we need is an exponential innovation with net positive outputs from various minds to cross our projected limits.
Hence, to sustain the future changes and human beings as a species, to make robots do 100% self-driving, or take some decisions or help humans make multi-planetary species, We need computers with consciousness. We need to start investing heavily in computer-sensor interactions, efficient power sources, in order to facilitate new hardware development which will work beyond 0s and 1s.
